ITINERARY
1st hour - Welcome to your NYBG day retreat!
Our journey will commence at the Moshulu entrance, and we will embark on an adventure through the captivating gardens and exhibits. We will practice walking meditation, allowing ourselves to be fully present in the moment, and set our intention for the day ahead. To begin, we will engage in basic deep breathing exercises, which will help us reset our energy, regulate our nervous system, and cultivate an instant sense of peace and tranquility.
2nd Hour - Health assessment and inner child work
We will embark on a tranquil journey into nature, where we can relax and immerse ourselves in the soothing sounds of the water and the chirping birds. Here, we will conduct a comprehensive personal health assessment and engage in discussions about your aspirations for achieving optimal health and wellness. Together, we will explore your inner child through playful and creative activities, opening the door to new possibilities and self-discovery.
3rd hour - yoga and meditation
We will end the day retreat with a nice custom yoga flow tailored for you and your body and health conditions. After the yoga exercise (great for all levels and conditions) we will have a silent meditation. We will then discuss next steps for your health goals and revisit the intention for the day.
