Cozumel, Mexico
Summer 2017 - In ancient times, Cozumel was to the Maya what Mecca is to the Muslims or Rome to the Catholics. Dee and Noble Dre*Ali were only here for the day, as a stop on their cruise from New Orleans to Cozumel but while here they chose to visit the San Gervasio Ruins. These ancient ruins were built as a tribute to the Fertility Goddess Ixchel. Fun fact: Less than a year later they would be pregnant, after trying to conceive for 4 years. The ruins did not look like your typical ruins. These were humble in nature but still just as important and special.
