Reflect your day. Before going to bed, spend 10 minutes reflecting what you did well and what lessons you learned. This is a time to express gratitude for your day. Reflect on 3 good things that happened during the last 24 hours. Tomorrow is a brand new day, approach it with a healthy, new, positive attitude.
